Amsterdam Airport Schiphol sits 9 km southwest of Amsterdam city centre and serves as the main international gateway for the Netherlands. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines uses Schiphol as its primary hub, operating thousands of flights monthly alongside its SkyTeam alliance partners.
