The Abuja Rail Mass Transit (ARMT) is a light rail system connecting Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport to Abuja's central business district and beyond, operated by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). Phase 1 resumed operations in May 2024 with two lines and 12 stations covering key city districts. The airport line provides a direct, modern alternative to road transport for travellers.
