Campo Grande International Airport, ICAO code SBCG, is the main airport of Mato Grosso do Sul. It lies about 7 km from downtown on Avenida Duque de Caxias and shares its airfield with the Campo Grande Air Force Base. The airport was renamed in honour of local businessman Ueze Elias Zahran in October 2021.

The airport has a single asphalt runway, 06/24, measuring 2,600 m by 45 m. It can take Boeing 737 and 767 aircraft and, with weight restrictions, the Airbus A330. The passenger terminal was dedicated in 1964 and enlarged in the 1980s and in 1998.

Infraero ran the airport from 1975 until 2022. Aena, the Spanish operator, took over in 2022 under a 30-year concession. Azul, Gol and Latam fly scheduled domestic services to hubs including São Paulo-Guarulhos, São Paulo-Congonhas, Campinas-Viracopos, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro-Galeão and Belo Horizonte-Confins. The airport handled 2,707 tonnes of cargo in 2025.
