Kalbarri Airport sits in the Mid West region of Western Australia, beside the Kalbarri-Ajana Road. The turnoff is on Fawcett-Broad Drive and the airport is signposted from the road. The ICAO code is YKBR.

The airport opened on 22 September 2001. It cost $1.7 million to build, paid for by the Regional Airports Development Scheme, two local shires and the private sector. The Shire of Northampton now owns and operates it. A single sealed runway, 18/36, runs 1,600 metres.

No airline runs regular passenger flights here. SkyWest Airlines once served the airport with Fokker F50 aircraft, but today it handles general aviation and charter light aircraft. Visitors to Kalbarri National Park and the coast can fly in on a charter or private aircraft rather than make the long drive from Geraldton or Perth.

The terminal building has ablution facilities. Pilots pay a landing fee of $20, collected at the airport or at the Shire office in the Allen Centre on Grey Street, Kalbarri. A Disability Access Facilitation Plan for the aerodrome is available from the Shire, and the Shire publishes a current Aerodrome Manual.
