Severo-Yeniseysk Airport guide

Severo-Yeniseysk Airport serves Severo-Yeniseysky, a gold-mining town in Krasnoyarsk Krai, central Siberia. It sits about 2 km southwest of the town centre at 520 m above sea level. Its ICAO code is UNIS, and the Russian register lists it as a Class E aerodrome.

The airport has one runway, 03/21, measuring 1,520 by 22 m. It takes small transport aircraft and passenger flights from Krasnoyarsk, the regional capital about 470 km to the south. Wikipedia lists NordStar flights to Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk.

Traffic grew every year in the published series: 17,100 passengers in 2014, 17,900 in 2015, 22,200 in 2016 and 24,500 in 2017. The nearest other airports are Yartsevo at 156 km and Podkamennaya Tunguska at 212 km, so the field is the main air link for the Severo-Yeniseysky District.
