Motygino Airport guide

Motygino Airport serves the urban-type settlement of Motygino in Krasnoyarsk Krai, on the Angara River. It lies east of the settlement at 164 m above sea level. Its ICAO code is UNIM. A seaplane base opened here in 1948, and construction of the land airfield began in 1959.

The airport is operated by FKP Aeroporty Krasnoyarya, a federal state enterprise that took it over in 2011. It has one concrete runway, designated 09/27, which is 1,303 m long and 20 m wide. Two unpaved strips of 650 by 50 m and 650 by 65 m are prepared for winter use only.

KrasAvia flies the only scheduled route, to Krasnoyarsk, with L-410 aircraft, between one and four times a week depending on the season. Sibaviatrans flew the route with Yak-40 and An-24 aircraft until it closed in 2008. Traffic is light: 632 passengers in 2014, 2,630 in 2016 and 3,854 in 2017.
