Bank loyalty programme users and paying passengers are admitted around the clock, while business class passengers and airline loyalty members use it during set daytime hours and are directed to the Amur lounge outside them.

Waiting areas span two floors, and guests receive personal assistance, a personal transfer to the aircraft, meeting rooms for business talks and restaurant service.
