Reyes Murillo Airport (ICAO SKNQ) serves Nuquí, a Pacific-coast municipality in the Chocó Department of Colombia. It sits inside the town's urban area, with the runway a few hundred metres from the shoreline and rainforest on all sides. Nuquí has no road link to the interior, so most visitors, including whale-watching and surf tourists, arrive by air.

Aerocivil, Colombia's civil aviation authority, completed a runway extension in 2023 at a cost of about 58,000 million Colombian pesos. The single rigid-pavement runway grew from 1,180 by 15 metres to 1,340 by 23 metres. The longer strip lets 48-seat ATR 42 turboprops operate alongside the 19-seat aircraft that had served the route before.

SATENA flies to Medellín (Olaya Herrera) and Quibdó. Clic flies from Medellín and Pereira, and Pacífica de Aviación and Grupo San Germán Express also serve the Medellín route. The airport handled 11,769 passengers in 2022, with seat occupancy of about 79 percent.
