Marília Airport (ICAO SBML) is a regional airport in the interior of São Paulo State, about 3 km from downtown Marília. It opened in 1938 and sits at an elevation of roughly 650 m. The state of São Paulo owns it, and it carries the name of Frank Miloye Milenkowichi, although some sources still call it Dr. Gastão Vidigal Airport.

The airport has one asphalt runway, 03/21, measuring 1,700 m. On 7 January 1961, TAM Táxi Aéreo Marília began general aviation operations here. That company was the forerunner of TAM Airlines, now part of LATAM Brasil.

DAESP, the state airports department, ran the airport until 2021. Rede Voa won the concession for the state's regional airports at auction on 15 July 2021 and now operates it. Scheduled service is thin. Azul flies to Viracopos International Airport in Campinas, where passengers connect to the wider network. In 2019 the airport handled 73,756 passengers, up 26 percent on the year before, and 5,644 aircraft operations. A 2024 request to the state legislature reported frequent delays and cancellations on the Marília to Viracopos route.
