Bartolomeu Lisandro Airport (ICAO SBCP) serves Campos dos Goytacazes, a city in the north of Rio de Janeiro state. It sits about 7 km from the city centre, at an elevation of 17 m above sea level. The airport is named after Bartholomeu Lysandro de Albernaz, a congressman and local plantation owner whose land it was built on.
The airport opened on 19 October 1952. ARSA ran it from 1980 to 1987, and Infraero took over until 2013. The municipality of Campos dos Goytacazes then administered it. In January 2019 Infra Construtora e Serviços won a 30-year concession to operate it.
The site covers about 949,000 square metres. It has one asphalt runway, 07/25, which is 1,544 m long, and an apron that holds up to six aircraft. The passenger terminal is small, at 459 square metres. No scheduled passenger flights operate here. In 2017 the airport handled 97,382 passengers and 10,396 aircraft operations, each about half the previous year's level.
