SPb GUP Passazhiravtotrans is Saint Petersburg's state-owned municipal bus operator, running the city's route network across the metropolitan area. Since 2023 it has operated a dedicated express programme connecting Pulkovo Airport with the metro network, alongside a standard citywide route that also serves the terminal. Express buses are extended double-section vehicles fitted with luggage racks, live flight-information screens, boarding-pass printers and seamless Wi-Fi.
