Air New Zealand's flagship international lounge at Auckland spans 2,100m² with seating for 437 guests. The space features a food theatre, buffet meals, barista coffee, a full bar, showers, and a covered outdoor terrace with fireplace. Runway views and a range of tailored seating zones cater to different travel needs before departure.
After security and immigration, walk past The Loop Duty Free on your left. Looking left, walk towards the shops. Travel up the escalator to Level 2.
Air New Zealand Auckland Domestic Lounge

Air New Zealand's Auckland domestic lounge offers 1,357m² of space with seating for 375 guests. Amenities include a self-serve buffet, barista coffee, a full bar, WiFi, business desks with printing, showers, and charging at most seats. The lounge reflects the airline's modern design language throughout.
After clearing security in the Domestic Terminal, take the escalators on the left. The lounge is located on the first floor near departure gate 33.
Auckland Airport
Auckland Airport runs a single lounge at Auckland International Airport — in International Terminal. You can usually get in with Priority Pass, Dragonpass, Loungekey, Day Pass and Strata Club Platinum.

Auckland Airport's own independent lounge welcoming any international departing passenger regardless of airline or ticket class. The Strata Lounge features locally sourced food from an on-site kitchen, bar facilities, showers with complimentary toiletries, WiFi, workstations, a children's soundproofed play area, and bookable private relaxation rooms with lounge beds.
After clearing security, follow signs to 'Premium Lounges'. The lounge is located on the left-hand side at the top of the escalator on Level 2.
Emirates
Emirates runs a single lounge at Auckland International Airport — in International Terminal. You can usually get in with Business Class, First Class, Status and Day Pass.

Emirates' refurbished Auckland lounge spans 1,219m² with seating for 220 guests and large windows offering runway views. The lounge features sit-down buffet dining, self-serve wine, spirits and Champagne, complimentary showers, a business centre, and free WiFi. The space was fully refurbished in early 2025 with new furniture, tiling and carpet.
After clearing security, customs, and duty free, take the escalator on the right near the Adidas shop up to Level 2.
Qantas
Qantas runs a single lounge at Auckland International Airport — in International Terminal. You can usually get in with Business Class, Status, Membership and Day Pass.

Features include à la carte dining curated by Neil Perry for top-tier members, a buffet, gelato station, premium cocktail bar with local New Zealand wines, barista coffee, 15 shower suites, 70% of seats with charging points, a Joey Club playroom for families, baby change facilities, a quiet zone with meeting space and private booths, and artwork by Gabrielle Penfold depicting North Head, Devonport.
After clearing security, customs, and duty free, take the escalator on the right near the Adidas shop up to Level 2.
