The airport operates two passenger terminal complexes roughly 4 kilometres apart, linked by a free 24-hour shuttle bus. Terminal 1, opened in 2009, is the larger facility and handles the majority of flights including all full-service carriers. Terminal 2 is a cluster of three linked sections — T2A, T2B, and T2C — used primarily by low-cost airlines. Vueling and Level are based here as hub carriers, while Air Europa, Iberia, easyJet, and Ryanair operate significant schedules.
