Dazhou Jinya Airport guide

Dazhou Jinya Airport (ICAO ZUDA) serves Dazhou in northeastern Sichuan. It lies about 25 km from the main urban area of Tongchuan District, in Dachuan District. Sichuan Airport Group operates it. The airport opened on 19 May 2022 and took over the 14 routes of the old Dazhou Heshi Airport (DAX), which closed to passenger flights the day before.

The airfield has one concrete runway, 02/20, measuring 2,600 m, and 16 aircraft stands. Design capacity is 2.35 million passengers and 21,000 tonnes of cargo a year. Traffic reached 1,073,078 passengers in 2023 and 1,364,864 in 2024, then about 1.14 million in 2025, with 15,433 aircraft movements and 927 tonnes of cargo.

Air China, Sichuan Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern, Chengdu Airlines and Loong Air are among the carriers flying here. Domestic routes link Dazhou with Chengdu, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Lhasa and Urumqi.
