This arrivals lounge meets landing passengers at the aircraft or jet bridge and escorts them through a dedicated Fast Pass channel for expedited immigration and customs clearance. Facilities include a duty-free shopping area, a seating lounge and luggage assistance for members and day-pass guests. Advance booking is required for arriving passengers requesting the service.
Landside, in the arrivals area; staff meet passengers at the jet bridge or aircraft and escort them via the Fast Pass channel through immigration and customs to the lounge.

The departures lounge occupies the boarding area on the airside of the terminal and offers a catering and drinks service, a relaxation room, a children's corner and a dedicated work space. Members and eligible cardholders receive priority passage through security, passport control and customs checkpoints. An adjoining members-only lounge adds a gourmet bar with premium drinks and boarding notifications.
Airside, inside the boarding area on the east side of the terminal, normally near gates A37-A39. During ongoing lounge expansion works the service operates from a temporary lounge in the boarding area opposite Gates 7 and 8.
