Havre City-County Airport sits about 3 nautical miles west of downtown Havre, in Hill County on Montana's Hi-Line. The field is at 2,591 feet above sea level and has no control tower. Pilots use the common traffic frequency 122.800.

The City of Havre and Hill County own the airport jointly. Cape Air is the only scheduled carrier. It flies two daily round trips to Billings Logan International Airport under the federal Essential Air Service program, on a contract that runs from 2024 through 2027. Scheduled service stopped in 2008 when Big Sky Airlines ended operations, and Great Lakes Airlines took over the route in 2009 before Cape Air replaced it in late 2013.

About 70 percent of traffic is general aviation. The FAA counted 9,790 aircraft operations in the year to May 2023, roughly 27 a day, and 29 based aircraft. Two asphalt runways serve the field: Runway 8/26 is 5,205 feet long and Runway 3/21 is 3,699 feet. The airport also supports air freight, air ambulance and agricultural flying.
