Muskegon County Airport sits at 99 Sinclair Drive in Norton Shores, about 4 nautical miles south of downtown Muskegon on the Lake Michigan shore of western Michigan. It is a county-owned public-use airport that serves Muskegon County and the surrounding lakeshore region.

The county approved the first terminal in 1931, built as a Works Progress Administration project at a cost of $12,000. Today the airport has two asphalt runways: 6/24 at 6,501 feet and 14/32 at 6,100 feet.

Scheduled service is limited. Denver Air Connection, a Key Lime Air subsidiary, began Essential Air Service flights on November 1, 2024. It flies 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jets nonstop to Chicago O'Hare, about 35 minutes in the air, with 24 weekly departures announced at launch. Travelers connect at O'Hare to United, American and Delta flights. The airport handled 10,728 passengers and 25,802 aircraft operations in 2022, so most activity is general aviation.
