Idaho Falls Regional Airport (ICAO KIDA) is the second-busiest airport in Idaho, after Boise. It lies about 3 km north-northwest of downtown Idaho Falls and serves eastern Idaho, including travelers heading to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks.

The airport's history starts in the 1930s. A hangar and administrator's cabin were built here in 1936 through a partnership between the city and the Works Progress Administration, and they are part of the Idaho Falls Airport Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The current passenger terminal dates from 1959 and has been expanded several times, most recently in 2020, when a remodel added four gates and a new check-in area.

In 2024 the airport handled 610,641 passengers, up 11.9% on 2023, with about 307,900 of them departing. Scheduled service is mainly to hub airports such as Denver, Salt Lake City and Seattle, flown by Delta Connection, United Express, Alaska Airlines, American Eagle and Allegiant Air. The main runway, 3/21, is 9,002 feet long. A shorter crosswind runway, 17/35, is 3,964 feet.
