Waterloo Regional Airport sits about four miles northwest of Waterloo, Iowa, in Black Hawk County. It serves the Waterloo-Cedar Falls metro area and the wider Cedar Valley region. The field is also known as Livingston Betsworth Field and covers roughly 2,583 acres at 873 feet above sea level.

Airline service is limited. American Eagle flies regional jets to Chicago O'Hare, twice daily on most days, which gives passengers a connection to American Airlines' network. The airport recorded 23,815 aircraft operations in fiscal year 2023 and has about 80 to 110 based aircraft.

Two asphalt runways handle the traffic. Runway 12/30 is 8,399 feet long and runway 18/36 is 6,003 feet, both 150 feet wide. An FAA control tower manages the airspace. Livingston Aviation, the full-service fixed base operator, supports general aviation, and Avis Budget has an on-site car rental counter. The terminal has two gates, one passenger boarding bridge, TSA PreCheck screening and a self-park lot.
