Molokai Airport, also called Hoolehua Airport, sits on the central plateau of Molokai in Maui County. It lies about six nautical miles northwest of Kaunakakai, the island's main town, at an elevation of 454 feet. The field has no connection to a rail or bus network, and two separate access roads off Keonelele Avenue serve the passenger terminal and the general aviation area.

Two asphalt runways cross here. Runway 5/23 measures 4,494 feet and takes the scheduled traffic. The shorter crosswind runway 17/35 is 3,118 feet long. The passenger terminal stands north of the runway intersection, and general aviation facilities sit near the crosswind strip. Free Wi-Fi covers the terminal.

Traffic is mostly small interisland aircraft. In the 12 months to January 2019 the field logged 45,219 operations, about 124 a day, of which 86 percent were air taxi, 11 percent general aviation and 3 percent military. Mokulele Airlines flies to Honolulu, Kahului and Kalaupapa, and Lanai Air connects to Honolulu. The Hawaii Department of Transportation owns the airport.
