Lanai Airport is the only commercial airport on the island of Lanai, Hawaii. It sits on a plateau at 1,308 feet above sea level, about six kilometres southwest of Lanai City, and covers 505 acres. Regular operations began in 1930.

The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Airports Division, owns and operates the field. It has one asphalt runway, 3/21, measuring 5,001 by 150 feet. The state has also drafted an environmental assessment for a runway 3/21 extension. The aircraft operations count was 6,326 for the 12 months ending July 2016, about 17 a day.

Service is by small interisland aircraft. Honolulu is the busiest route, with about 47,000 passengers from July 2025 to June 2026, and Kahului on Maui is a distant second with about 4,800. The state waived landing fees for scheduled passenger service to Lanai and Molokai for one year from March 2021 to support carriers during the pandemic.
