Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is a general aviation airport in Broomfield, Colorado, about 16 miles northwest of downtown Denver. It sits midway between Denver and Boulder on U.S. Highway 36. Jefferson County owns and operates it. Until October 2006 it was known as Jefferson County Airport, or Jeffco.

Three asphalt runways serve the field: 12L/30R at 9,000 feet, 12R/30L at 7,002 feet and 3/21 at 3,600 feet. FAA figures count 262,348 aircraft operations in 2022, roughly 718 a day, and about 95 percent of them were general aviation. Corporate jets, flight schools and private owners make up most of that traffic. The airport also hosts the Jeffco Airtanker Base, run by the U.S. Forest Service for aerial firefighting.

Signature Flight Support and Sheltair are the two fixed-base operators. No scheduled airline currently serves the airport. JSX, the last scheduled operator, ended its flights on September 9, 2025. Travelers who need airline service use Denver International Airport.
