Del Norte County Regional Airport, also called Jack McNamara Field, sits about 3 miles northwest of Crescent City on the far north coast of California. It is the only commercial airport in Del Norte County. The street address is 1650 Dale Rupert Road.

Del Norte County built the field in late 1942 under an agreement with the Civil Aeronautics Administration, and it was first known as Point St. George Airport. The Navy leased it from September 1944 as Naval Outlying Field Crescent City for emergency landings, and the lease ended in February 1947. The field is 61 feet above sea level and has two asphalt runways: 12/30 is 5,002 by 150 feet and 18/36 is 5,000 by 150 feet. The airport recorded 12,565 aircraft operations in the year ending July 2019, about 72 percent of them general aviation.

The county owns the airport. The Border Coast Regional Airport Authority, a joint powers authority, manages it under a master lease. Advanced Air flies daily to Oakland with 30-seat Dornier 328 jets under the Essential Air Service program. A passenger terminal opened in spring 2019 and holds the authority office, airline offices and TSA. Avis and Budget rent cars at the terminal during scheduled flights.
