Dothan Regional Airport is a small commercial airport in southeast Alabama. It sits about seven miles northwest of Dothan, in Dale County, and the Dothan-Houston County Airport Authority runs it. Delta Connection flies jets to Atlanta, and the airport recorded 51,827 enplanements in 2025.

The site began as Napier Field, which the U.S. Army Air Corps built in 1941 and named for Major Edward L. Napier, an Army flight surgeon. The Army Air Forces inactivated the field in 1945, and it passed to the City of Dothan and Houston County in 1946. Work in the early 1960s turned it into a civil airport, and commercial service started on February 15, 1965.

The airport has two asphalt runways. Runway 14/32 is 8,499 feet long and 18/36 is 5,498 feet. The Alabama Air National Guard's 280th Combat Communications Squadron has been based here since 2004. FedEx Feeder flights, operated by Baron Aviation, carry cargo to Memphis.
