SL (Storstockholms Lokaltrafik) is the public transport authority for the Stockholm region, coordinating buses, trams, metro and commuter trains under the SL brand. SL provides regular commuter rail and bus connections between Stockholm–Arlanda Airport and the region, including Arlanda C station in SkyCity and buses to Märsta station. Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL) is the public transport authority for Uppsala County, operating regional and city buses and coordinating with partner train services. For Arlanda, UL runs bus lines 801 and 880 between Uppsala and Stockholm–Arlanda Airport.
