Tufi Airport (ICAO AYTU) is a small airstrip on the Cape Nelson peninsula on the northeast coast of Oro Province. It serves the Tufi area, which has no road link to the rest of the country and is reached only by air or sea.

The single runway is unpaved, 920 m long and 30 m wide, on a 059/239 degree heading. The strip sits 38 m above sea level. It is uncontrolled, with no tower, lighting, instrument approach or fuel, and it is limited to daytime visual flight rules operations.

Air Niugini lists flights to Port Moresby, typically on Mondays and Fridays, and PNG Air lists links to Popondetta and Rabaul. Tropic Air flies irregular cargo and charter services. The flight from Port Moresby takes about 50 to 55 minutes. Schedules change, so check with the airline before travelling.

The area is known for its fjord-like drowned river valleys and for diving. Tufi Resort is a short drive from the strip, and staff meet arriving guests.
