A semi-rapid express variant uses the Autopista 25 de Mayo for a faster journey.

Línea 160 Ramal C/H – Aeroparque – Claypole vía Plaza Italia
Line 160 (operated by Micro Ómnibus Sur S.A.C.) runs between Ciudad Universitaria and Claypole/Don Orione, with the C and H branches passing via Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, Plaza Italia, Palermo, Nueva Pompeya, Lanús, and Lomas de Zamora. Provides air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible service.
