Miyakejima Airport (ICAO RJTQ) is the only airport on Miyake Island, one of the Izu Islands about 180 km south of central Tokyo. It sits in the Tsubota district on the eastern side of the island, at 20 m above sea level. Tokyo Metropolitan Government operates it, and the single asphalt runway, 02/20, is 1,200 m long.

The airport opened in March 1966 with a 1,100 m runway, which was extended to 1,200 m in 1976. Scheduled flights stopped after the eruption of Mount Oyama on 14 July 2000 and the evacuation of the island, because sulfur dioxide levels stayed high. Services resumed in April 2008.

Today the airport handles small propeller aircraft. New Central Airservice links the island with Chofu Airfield in western Tokyo, and Toho Air Service connects it with Oshima and Mikurajima. In 2015 it recorded 22,153 passengers and 2,348 aircraft movements.
