Stronsay Airport is a small island airfield at the north end of Stronsay, in the Orkney Islands. It lies about 3 km by road from Whitehall, the island's main settlement and ferry pier, along a narrow farm lane. Kirkwall is 28 km to the south-southwest across the water.

Orkney Islands Council runs the airfield as one of its six north isles airports, and it holds a CAA Ordinary Licence for the public transport of passengers. It is not licensed for night use, and prior permission is required before landing. The main runway, 02/20, is 515 m of graded hardcore. A second, grass runway, 10/28, is 331 m long.

Loganair is the only scheduled airline. Its flights from Kirkwall run on a triangular route that also calls at Sanday, with two flights on weekdays and one on Saturday and Sunday. The direct flight from Kirkwall takes about 10 minutes.
