Fair Isle Airport is a gravel airstrip on Fair Isle, the most remote inhabited island in the United Kingdom, midway between Shetland and Orkney. The island has a small resident community, and the strip is its main year-round link to the Shetland mainland. The alternative is the Good Shepherd IV ferry, which makes the roughly 25-mile open-water crossing from Sumburgh.

The airfield opened in 1969. It has one gravel runway, 06/24, about 537 metres long, and the airport holds a CAA ordinary licence for public transport of passengers. It is not licensed for night use. There are no hangars and passenger facilities are very limited. Visiting private aircraft may park outdoors overnight for a small fee, and the island asks pilots to take care because of the weather. The island fire engine attends on request with at least 30 minutes' notice.

Airtask flies weekday services from Tingwall Airport near Lerwick, weather permitting, with Saturday flights in summer and one Saturday flight from Sumburgh. Loganair adds a summer service from Kirkwall in Orkney on Mondays and Fridays.
