Dembidollo Airport guide

Dembidolo Airport (ICAO: HADD) is a small domestic airport serving Dembidolo, a town in the Kellem Wollega Zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region, near the border with South Sudan. It sits at an elevation of about 1,585 m (5,200 ft) and lies roughly 5 km from the town centre.

The airport has one runway, 15/33. Published sources disagree on its length and surface, giving figures between about 1,340 m and 1,880 m. Wikipedia reports that a construction project covering the runway, apron, taxiway and taxiway strip finished in June 2018. Ethiopian Airlines is the only scheduled carrier. It serves Addis Ababa, and some sources also list Nekemte or Jimma as destinations. Flights to Addis Ababa take about 1 hour 25 minutes.
