Ürümqi Metro
Ürümqi Metro, run by Ürümqi Urban Rail Transit Group, is the city's urban rail network, sold on standard network tickets and reached through the operator's app, WeChat account and passenger mini-program. Line 1 connects the International Airport station with the city centre and ends at Santunbei in the south.

Line 1 is Ürümqi Metro's north-south line. Its northern terminus is the International Airport station beside the terminals, from where it runs through the city centre to Santunbei in Tianshan District, giving the airport a direct rail link into downtown Ürümqi.
