Toronto Pearson International Airport Lounges Guide

The Toronto Maple Leaf Lounge (Domestic) provides guests with comfortable seating, complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi, power outlets and dedicated work areas. Light snacks, hot and cold buffet selections and a self-serve beverage area are available; staff provide flight information and hospitality services. Access is for eligible travellers and members with same‑day boarding. All access requires same-day travel and is subject to space availability, so eligible customers may still be turned away at peak times. Entry excludes Air Canada Signature Suites and third-party operated lounges, and Signature Suite rules differ (they do not normally permit guests). Promotional fares, some reward booking types and certain employee travel types are excluded. A boarding pass and identity must be presented — mobile and digital boarding passes are accepted when they meet Air Canada's verification standards — and staff may verify eligibility and refuse entry. Restricted or unstaffed lounges need prior arrangement or an entry code from an Air Canada agent. Amenities such as showers and conference rooms are offered only at selected locations, and lounge locations, hours and services can change without notice. All access is governed by Air Canada's Maple Leaf Lounge terms and conditions.
