Hopedale Airport (ICAO CYHO) is a small gravel airfield serving Hopedale, a community of 596 people at the 2021 census on the northern Labrador coast. It is the legislative seat of Nunatsiavut, the Inuit self-governing region. No road links Hopedale to the rest of the province, so the airport is the main year-round connection. A weekly coastal ferry runs only from mid-June to mid-November.

The airfield was built in the 1960s to support the Hopedale Air Station, a United States Air Force radar site. The military left in 1968 and the field became civilian. It has one gravel runway, 07/25, about 2,501 feet (762 m) long. The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador owns and operates it.

A large prefabricated building serves as the terminal, and no other structures stand on the field. There is no control tower and no fuel for visiting aircraft. Air Borealis flies de Havilland Twin Otter aircraft with 19 seats to Nain, Natuashish, Makkovik, Postville, Rigolet and Goose Bay. The airport also handles helicopters.
