Moruya Airport sits on the NSW South Coast at the mouth of the Moruya River, about 6.5 km from the town centre. It is the closest scheduled-service airport to Batemans Bay and one of only two on the South Coast with regular passenger flights, the other being Merimbula.

Regional Express (Rex) flies Saab 340 turboprops to Sydney, and many services continue on to Merimbula. The airport carried a peak of about 22,000 passengers in 2020, fell to around 6,000 during the pandemic, and by mid-2024 had returned to more than 20,000 a year.

The main runway, 18/36, is 1,523 m of asphalt and was rebuilt in 2019. The airport started as a licensed aerodrome in 1939 and served as RAAF Base Moruya from 1942. Eurobodalla Shire Council owns it and is planning a larger terminal on the western side, a bigger apron, a runway extension and a parallel taxiway, because the current 42-seat terminal is expected to be outgrown.
