Bourke Airport, ICAO code YBKE, lies a few kilometres north of the town of Bourke in north-western New South Wales. It opened in 1943 as a base during World War II. The Royal Australian Air Force later used it to bring in supplies during the floods of 1976 and 1990.

Bourke Shire Council publishes the airport's details. It has two runways: sealed runway 05/23, 1,830 metres long, and natural-surface runway 18/36, 1,000 metres long and 15 metres wide. Pilot-activated lighting covers runway 05/23 only. Avgas and Jet A1 are sold 24 hours a day on a Shell swipe card. There are no landing fees and no landing permission is needed. Animals and birds are a known hazard.

The terminal is the Nancy Bird Air Terminal, named after the aviator Nancy Bird Walton, who flew for the Far West Children's Health Scheme from Bourke. It has a car park, coach parking, public toilets and a small gallery, and entry is free. Air Link flies the route to Dubbo.
