Altoona-Blair County Airport sits at 310 Airport Drive in Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, about 23 km (14 miles) south of Altoona. It is a small regional field in central Pennsylvania, and its catchment also takes in Bedford, Huntingdon and State College. Scheduled flights began in 1949, when All American Airways flew DC-3 aircraft from the field.
Contour Airlines operates the only scheduled service, a connection to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, supported by the federal Essential Air Service program. Seasonal flights to Myrtle Beach have also been offered. Between November 2024 and October 2025 the airport carried 20,730 passengers, all of them on Contour.
