Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport lies about six miles south of Dickinson in Stark County, North Dakota, at an elevation of 2,592 feet. It was formerly Dickinson Municipal Airport and is named for President Theodore Roosevelt, who ranched in the nearby Badlands. The Dickinson Airport Authority owns it. Airline service began in 1959, when Frontier flew DC-3s into the field.

United Express flights to Denver are the only scheduled passenger service, at two round trips a day. The Denver route carried about 25,450 passengers between July 2024 and June 2025. Enplanements peaked at 58,843 in 2014 during the Bakken oil boom, fell in 2015 and 2016, and then rose every year from 2017, reaching 23,901 in 2019. Cargo flights by Encore Air Cargo and FedEx Feeder connect to Fargo. Most of the roughly 17,000 yearly aircraft operations counted in 2019 were general aviation.

The airport has two runways. The 7,301-foot concrete main runway, 14/32, was rebuilt and extended in the early 2020s with a $5.4 million FAA grant. The current terminal covers about 10,200 square feet. It was built in 2001 and expanded in 2012 and 2018. A new 20,000-square-foot terminal with a jet bridge, estimated at $55 million, broke ground in May 2026 and is due to open by fall 2027.
