Port Alsworth Airport serves the community of Port Alsworth on Hardenburg Bay, Lake Clark, in the Lake and Peninsula Borough. The community has no road connection, so aircraft carry residents, freight, visitors and mail. It is also the main gateway to Lake Clark National Park and Preserve, whose visitor facilities sit in town.

The field has one dirt and gravel runway, 6L/24R, measuring 3,000 by 100 feet, at an elevation of 280 feet. It is a private-use airport owned by Glen Alsworth, Sr. A second private gravel strip, Wilder Airport (FAA 05K), runs parallel to it about a quarter mile north, and the two runways end at the bay. Floatplanes also land on the water of Hardenburg Bay. Its codes are PTA (IATA), PALJ (ICAO) and TPO (FAA).

Lake Clark Air flies scheduled and charter service from the airport, and air taxis fly visitors into the park. Flights from Anchorage, Kenai or Homer usually take 1 to 1.5 hours. The airport recorded 2,634 enplanements in 2019, up from 1,723 in 2018.
