Manley Hot Springs Airport (ICAO PAML) serves the village of Manley Hot Springs in interior Alaska, about 8 km north of the Tanana River. The Elliott Highway ends in the village, so the field complements the road link from Fairbanks, roughly 260 km to the east.

The airport has one gravel runway, 18/36, measuring 3,400 by 60 feet at an elevation of 270 feet. It opened in August 2013 and replaced an older turf-and-dirt strip that is now closed to takeoffs and landings. The FAA lists the field as a general aviation airport in its national airport plan.

Warbelow's Air Ventures flies scheduled service to Fairbanks and Minto under the federal Essential Air Service program. The airport recorded 114 passenger boardings in 2019. About 1,700 aircraft operations were counted in the 12 months to December 2019, 71 percent general aviation and 29 percent air taxi. Five aircraft were based on the field that year.
