Juneau International Airport (ICAO PAJN, FAA JNU) is a city-owned, public-use airport about 13 kilometres northwest of downtown Juneau. Alaska's capital has no road link to the rest of North America, so the airport is the main year-round way in and out for residents, legislators and visitors.

The field has one asphalt runway, 8/26, which is 8,857 feet long and 150 feet wide. A separate water landing area, 8W/26W, is 4,600 feet long and serves floatplanes. The runway was lengthened for jets in 1961, and the City of Juneau has owned the airport since 1953, when it was transferred from the federal government. The original terminal dates from 1948 and was expanded in 1957 and 1984.

Alaska Airlines provides the main scheduled jet service, including a freighter flight, and Delta Air Lines adds seasonal flights to Seattle. Alaska Seaplanes links Juneau with small communities across Southeast Alaska. The FAA recorded about 730,000 passengers in 2024 and 13,915 scheduled departures. The most recent movement count available is 108,885 operations in the 12 months to December 2017, a figure that includes heavy general aviation and air taxi traffic.
