Holy Cross Airport (IATA HCR, ICAO PAHC, FAA HCA) is a state-owned public-use airstrip about one mile south of the centre of Holy Cross, a village on the Yukon River in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area of Alaska. It sits at an elevation of 70 feet. There is no control tower and no staffed airport services.

The airport has one gravel and dirt runway, 1/19, measuring 4,000 by 100 feet. The village has no road link to the rest of the state, so the strip carries its passengers, mail and freight.

Ryan Air Services flies scheduled service to Aniak, Anvik, Grayling and Shageluk. The FAA counted 1,371 passenger enplanements in 2017, up from 1,176 in 2016.
