Goodnews Airport guide

Goodnews Airport (FAA GNU) is a public-use gravel airstrip serving Goodnews Bay, a Yup'ik village on the Bering Sea coast of southwest Alaska in the Bethel Census Area. The field sits at about 18 feet above sea level, on flat ground beside Goodnews Bay and the mouth of the Goodnews River. No road links the village to the rest of the state, so the airstrip carries passengers, mail, freight and medical flights all year.
