Adak Airport (ICAO PADK) serves Adak Island in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. It lies west of the community of Adak, one of the most remote scheduled-service airports in the United States. No road links the island to the mainland, so the airport is the main passenger connection.

The field began as Adak Army Airfield during World War II. The U.S. Navy later ran it as part of a naval air station, and civilian operation followed after the Navy closed the facility on March 31, 1997. The State of Alaska owns it, and the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Central Region manages it.

One asphalt runway is active. Runway 5/23 measures 7,790 by 200 feet, and the airport has an instrument landing system for IFR approaches. Runway 18/36 closed permanently in fall 2015. Alaska Airlines flies Boeing 737 jets to Anchorage twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Traffic is light: the FAA counted 4,062 enplanements in 2015.
