Toyota Rent a Car's Izumo Airport shop collects customers from the Toyota information counter in the arrivals lobby and takes them by shuttle to the shop in Hikawa, a short drive from the terminal. Nippon Rent-A-Car's Izumo Airport-mae office sits about three minutes' drive west of the terminal.
