Shahid Ashrafi Esfahani Airport, also called Kermanshah Airport, serves Kermanshah in western Iran. It lies in the eastern part of the city at an elevation of 1,311 metres above sea level. The airfield shares its land with the Havanirooz 1st Combat Base of the Iranian army, so civil and military flying use the same site. The airport is operated by the Iran Airports Company together with the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Aviation.

The single runway, 11/29, is 3,419 metres long and asphalt-surfaced. Its ICAO code is OICC.

Scheduled flights are mostly domestic. Tehran Mehrabad is the main link, flown by several carriers including Iran Air, Mahan Air, Iran Aseman Airlines, Pars Air, Qeshm Air, ATA Airlines and AVA Airlines. Other routes run to Mashhad, Kish, Qeshm, Shiraz and Asaluyeh. A Persian-language news report describes two terminals, an international one and a newer domestic terminal of about 5,300 square meters opened in 2006, with two transit halls, check-in, cargo, VIP and airline office areas. Both terminals have bank branches, a restaurant and a buffet.
