Kastellorizo Public Airport sits on the island of Kastellorizo (Megisti) in the Dodecanese, the easternmost inhabited point of Greece. The island lies close to the Turkish coast, far from the rest of the Greek islands, so the airport is the only year-round air link to the mainland network.

The airport opened in 1986 as a domestic field and is run by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority. It has one asphalt runway, 13/31, about 800 metres long, at 144 metres above sea level. The apron takes one aircraft the size of a Bombardier Dash 8 plus three light general aviation aircraft.

Olympic Air flies the Rhodes route. Traffic is small. The airport handled 5,434 passengers and 337 aircraft movements in 2018, down from about 9,600 passengers in 2006. The terminal covers roughly 150 square metres, so there is little space for services. Ground transport is limited to taxis and a bus that runs to the island's only town in summer.
