Kasos Island Public Airport serves Kasos, the southernmost island of the Dodecanese, which lies between Karpathos and Crete. The airport sits on the north coast, about 1 km from Fry, the island's capital and harbour town.

The airport is owned by the City of Kasos and operated by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority. It has one asphalt runway, 09/27, about 982 metres long and 11 metres above sea level. That length is enough for an ATR 42 turboprop but rules out jets, so all service is on small regional aircraft.

Olympic Air flies the scheduled routes to Karpathos, Rhodes and Sitia on Crete. Karpathos is about 20 minutes away. Traffic is light: in 2017 the airport handled 3,048 passengers and 524 aircraft movements. Most visitors and supplies reach Kasos by ferry instead, with sailings from Karpathos, Rhodes and Crete.
