The desk is on Level 0 of the car park directly opposite the terminal building, about a two-minute walk with no shuttle needed. For returns, follow the Car Rental signs as you approach the terminal.

Sixt operates a branch at Bilbao Airport on level P1 below the terminal, with pick-up and return available around the clock. Customers follow the rent a car signs after arrivals, and returns are made in the dedicated Sixt area of the car park, where an agent collects the keys.
