Midttrafik
Midttrafik is the public transport authority for Central Jutland and runs two Flexbus routes serving Midtjylland Karup Airport, from Viborg and from Holstebro. Flexbus departures appear in the timetable but run only when booked, by phone or through Rejseplanen, and the fare is the same as the regular Midttrafik bus fare.

Flexbus linking Viborg and Karup with the airport, with a stop at the departure hall near check-in. The trip must be booked at least one hour before departure, pickup can vary by up to 15 minutes and other passengers may share the vehicle. A connection to Herning is possible via Karup.
Flexbus 290 Holstebro - Midtjyllands Lufthavn

Flexbus linking Holstebro with the airport, stopping at the departure hall near check-in. It runs only when booked, at least one hour before departure, and is charged at the regular Midttrafik bus fare quoted when booking. It does not run on 24 and 31 December.
